From Bland to Grand: Upcycling T-Shirt Workshop

Got a boring T-shirt? Let’s make it fabulous!
Join us for a fun, hands-on sewing workshop where we transform plain or outdated tees into fresh, wearable fashion.

The problem: Many T-shirts are printed for one-off events or local teams. After their moment in the spotlight, they often end up donated to Shop on Carroll. Sadly, because the prints are so specific, they rarely sell and can end up in landfill.

The good news: The shirts themselves are often great quality, perfect for upcycling!

In this workshop you’ll:

• Learn simple sewing and decorative techniques

• Redesign & restyle a T-shirt into something new

• Take your creation home

No experience? No problem! Beginners welcome (some sewing experience is helpful).
We provide all materials and equipment (including T-shirts) but you’re welcome to bring your own.
