ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Contestants are challenged to upcycle clothing + textiles destined for landfill into a ready-to-wear outfit. The competition aims to encourage more conscious decisions when shopping, not only to turn the tide on fast fashion, but to raise funds for Presbyterian Support Otago
The competition itself offers three themes to push the boundaries of upcycling, focusing on designs that are not just stylish, but practical and replicable. The themes are:
1. What’s Ur Dunedin
2. Anything But Clothes
3. Lucky Dip
